The core of our business is executive search and selection including Board and Non-Executive appointments. Based in the City of London, we operate across the UK and mainland Europe.
 
We have worked extensively across industry sectors and have particular expertise in professional services, manufacturing, consumer goods, distribution and financial services.
 
We work across all functions but focus on Financial Directors/Controllers, Chief Executives, Non-Executive Directors and other senior corporate roles such as marketing, business development, human resources and communications. We also offer related services including management assessment, referencing and in-house recruitment.

Our experience confirms that the key to successful executive recruitment is for the consultants to develop a full understanding of the client in general as well as the job specification. This involves meetings with relevant senior executives to hear directly about their key stategic objectives, the main issues facing the business and the specific demands on the appointee. This process will give us invaluable insights into the client's culture and management style. This information will enable us to focus on individuals who have the most appropriate attributes and ambitions. The results of these discussions are summarised in a job and person specification.

We can then begin our intensive contact programme. Generally we contact around 200 people and interview 12/15 potential candidates. Candidate strengths and weaknesses are carefully evaluated and our objective is to present 4/6 shortlisted candidates within 4 weeks. We will then work closely with the client through to offer stage and referencing.Once the appointment is made we maintain contact with the appointee and the client to ensure a successful integration is achieved.
